Membership

Cedar Rewards is free to join. One account per email address. We use your email to match your direct bookings to your account — book with the same email you used to join.

Earning Points

• Points post automatically for qualifying direct bookings at Cedar Escape, based on the accommodation amount actually paid (after any discount, before taxes and fees).
• Stays booked through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or arranged manually are not eligible for automatic points.
• Social-follow and tagged-post bonuses are honor-system / reviewed by us, and may be limited to once per account.
• Points typically post within a couple of days after checkout. If a stay is cancelled after points were awarded, those points are reversed.

Redeeming Points

• Cedar Credit is redeemed as a discount code entered at checkout on a future direct booking. Codes have no cash value and aren't transferable to another business or person.
• Stay-perk rewards (early check-in, late checkout, movie night basket, a free night) require an upcoming direct reservation under the same email, and are subject to our approval and availability. A declined or expired request returns the points to your balance.
• A free night is subject to blackout dates and stay-length requirements shown at redemption.

Program Changes

We may change point values, reward costs, available rewards, or any other part of this program at any time, and may end the program altogether. We may adjust or reverse points in cases of error or suspected misuse.
